Terms of Service

1. Overview

Apsidae ("the Service") is a web-based tool operated by Strategos AI ("we", "us") that lets group organizers create shareable roster links for collecting and distributing contact information within private groups. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Apsidae. If you are submitting contact information on behalf of a minor (e.g., listing yourself as "Jack's mom"), you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or fraudulent contact information
  • Use the Service to harvest phone numbers for spam, telemarketing, or any unsolicited purpose
  • Submit another person's contact information without their knowledge or consent
  • Attempt to access other users' data through any unauthorized means
  • Use automated systems to scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Snapshot Download ($1.99): One-time download of the current roster at the time of purchase. No refunds once the vCard file has been downloaded.
  • Unlimited Access ($4.99): Re-download the roster at any time as it grows. No refunds once the first download has been initiated.
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
  • Refund requests for technical issues (corrupt file, failed download) can be made within 7 days by contacting support.

5. Organizer Responsibilities

Group organizers are responsible for sharing the group link only with intended participants. The organizer has access to all member data including phone numbers and may download the contact file for free. Organizers must not misuse or redistribute participant data beyond the scope of the group's stated purpose.

6. Data Deletion

Participants can remove themselves from any roster at any time. Organizers can delete individual members or archive entire groups. Data is automatically purged after 12 months. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of contact information submitted by participants, nor for how downloaded contact data is subsequently used by other participants.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
